Stock Availability
We cannot guarantee that every item offered for sale online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, an item may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any item which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you by email & remove off the item from your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

You will typically receive your order between 2 - 5 business days. No deliveries will be made on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Orders are typically packed and dispatched to our couriers within 1 - 2 business day after payment is confirmed. We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated time frames but please note that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please note that "Estimated Shipping Time" refers only to the time it takes the carrier from pickup to delivery.

For overseas purchases, delivery time may vary from the below estimated time depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancelled dispatches.

Customs Charges does not charge any customs duties on International shipments, however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.

We deliver via local courier to Singapore addresses.
The delivery address will automatically default to the billing address associated with your payment option, which is usually your home address.
Should you wish to send to an alternative address, you can specify this under the remarks as you proceed through the checkout. You can set up an account to make further purchases easier with your stored shipping address(es). This will save you time and avoid the hassle of filling out forms when you purchase online from us again.

No Warranty / Guarantee is given for all merchandises. Faulty products may be exchanged for the same product within 7 days from date of purchase. All exchanges/refunds item must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, packaging, apparel label tags and all part intactAll unclaimed purchases or items will be forfeited within 14 days period.

Return Policy
All products sold are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made for faulty products that are not replaceable with one-to-one exchange for the same product.

Refund Policy
A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal, DBS PayLah! or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

A refund will be process if your item is out-of-stock or you may choose to wait for the next available shipment. We are able to process partial refund on your order if your refund request is approved. Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable. All exchanges or refunds can only be done at warehouse. reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the requirements are not met. In case of dispute, will have the right to make the final decision with no exceptions.
