Q: Is shopping on Toyster.sg safe?
A: Yes it is. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Q: Why has my order been cancelled by the Management?
A: Toyster.sg has the right to cancel any orders. Probable reasons could be due to inavailability of stocks or incorrect pricing of a particular product. Please contact us immediately if your order has been cancelled and we will be more than happy to assist you in any way we can.
Q: How long does delivery usually take?
A: SG Marketplace: Estimated 1-3 working days for items to be delivered. We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but please note that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Do expect longer than usual delivery times during sale events (e.g 11.11, 12.12), Christmas and CNY season.
Worldwide Marketplace: Estimated 7-14 working days for items to be delivered.
However, cases where both SG & Worldwide Marketplace products have been purchased in one order, they will be delivered to you in separate delivery batches. In which you will receive your SG items in 1-4 business days and Worldwide items in 7-14 working days.
Q: Any Warranty/Guarantee?
A: No Warranty / Guarantee is given for all merchandises. Faulty products may be exchanged for the same product within 7 days from date of purchase. All exchanges/refunds item must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, packaging, apparel label tags and all part intact. All unclaimed purchases or items will be forfeited within 14 days period.
Q: What is the Return Policy?
All products sold are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made for faulty products that are not replaceable with one-to-one exchange for the same product.
