Stock Availability
We cannot guarantee that every item offered for sale online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, an item may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any item which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you by email & remove off the item from your order.

Delivery Times

Please note that "Estimated Shipping Time" refers only to the time it takes the carrier from pickup to delivery. Delivery time may vary from the below estimated time depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancelled dispatches.

Customs Charges
Simply Toys does not charge any customs duties on International shipments, however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.

We deliver via local courier to Singapore addresses.
The delivery address will automatically default to the billing address associated with your payment option, which is usually your home address.
Should you wish to send to an alternative address, you can specify this under the remarks as you proceed through the checkout. You can set up an account to make further purchases easier with your stored shipping address(es). This will save you time and avoid the hassle of filling out forms when you purchase online from us again.

Place your order by 12pm Monday-Friday and you should receive it within approximately 3-7 Working Days via standard courier. 4-14 working days via postal service.

No Warranty / Guarantee is given for all merchandises. Faulty products may be exchanged for the same product within 7 days from date of purchase. All exchanges/refunds item must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, packaging, apparel label tags and all part intact.

Return Policy
All products sold are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made for faulty products that are not replaceable with one-to-one exchange for the same product.
